    The future Moscow Restaurant Week which will pass in capital restaurants from July 23 to August 5 will be devoted to cold appetizer by a sort from France – to tartare sauce. Organizers of a festival have included in the list of participants one of the most popular restaurants on Patrikakh - 800 °C of Contemporary Steak. The chef Sergey Balashov was engaged in development of the special menu. During Moscow Restaurant Week he will offer five types of bonus tartar. So guests of 800 °C of Contemporary Steak will be able to try reference classics of restaurant: tartare sauce from Black Angus beef with potato brushwood (550 rub) and the interesting meat trio which moves on one plate: tartare sauce from veal with truffle, tartare sauce from kostreets with mustard sauce and tartare sauce from cutting with sauce a vorchester and Tabasco (950 rub). Within two summer restaurant weeks the best the chef of the capital will surprise guests with these snack with the sign of authorship. The variations of the known dish on Moscow Restaurant Week will be presented also by the chef of Craft Kitchen Alexander Borzenko. For the period of the festival in the menu of a gastropab there will be four new tartare sauce at once. The first – from beef (580 rub). il FORNO Group is a dynamically developing restaurant group, the history of which goes back to the opening of the Italian restaurant «Limonchino» in 2005. In 2010 the first «il FORNO» restaurant was opened in the center of Moscow next to the Bolshoi Theater on Neglinnaya street.
