il FORNO Group is a dynamically developing restaurant group, the history of which goes back to the opening of the Italian restaurant «Limonchino» in 2005. In 2010 the first «il FORNO» restaurant was opened in the center of Moscow next to the Bolshoi Theater on Neglinnaya street. During the next few years two more «il FORNO» restaurants were opened on Ostozneka Street next to Christ the Saviour and Kutuzovsky avenue affront of the famous Ukraine Hotel. «FORNETTO – Café and Pizzeria», a democratic pizzeria chain, was created in 2011. The first international «il FORNO» restaurant was opened in Astana in 2016.

Bili Shabani, the Italian chef of Macedonian ancestry, was invited to Moscow by il FORNO Group in 2005. Now Bili is in charge of pizza making process in all restaurants of the group in Moscow and and is Chef the kitchen at a new restaurant «Burger & Pizzetta».

«Burger & Pizzetta», a new project that breaks the stereotypes of the restaurant in the shopping mall , was opened on the second floor of «Evropeisky» shopping center in September 2016. The restaurant was called a «gastronomic revolution» by food journalists and was given the highest rating by Moscow restaurant critics.

The wood-fired ovens are placed in the halls, so the guests can always watch the process of pizza cooking.
